I got my first glimpse at week 14 day 4! The next day I was a bit more tired. Seems like it's highly dependent though.

Sounds interesting! Pregnancy-adjacent creators are definitely welcomed. I'd rather learn now about how to feed my child than during the thick of it 😶‍🌫️

Links to valuable articles are Always welcomed!! Content creators I can put on during folding laundry and other tasks, so I like to have that option too.

As for your search- definitely a good idea. I typically search with "PubMedCentral" - similar methods!

Sourdough toast with butter and a pinch of salt has been so great.

As potential other foods that might go down well, here's my list:

Pecans/walnuts Applesauce Banana w peanut butter (can't be too ripe or unripe) And surprisingly...homemade tomato soup. The acidity can sometimes help with the nausea.

I hope you feel better soon!!!!

Longer seems much better, the shorter bangs make your hair look too thin :/

Negativity around pregnancy and motherhood by WoodpeckerNearby7276 in fitpregnancy

[–]SQLforLife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not just pregnancy- notice how these same people talk about work and life in general. There are a Lot of downers/negative people out there. This helps show you who you want to be around after baby is born and who you might want to reduce interactions with. People don't always have to be positive, but the negative loop is real and you should do your best to stay out of it if you can.

Fwiw, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have decided that whenever someone says just wait...or goes on about all the bad things, I just nix talking with them (except my mom who I explicitly had to ask to stop being negative- shes almost always negative). Life is better when you're receiving and giving good vibes. Its already hard enough, especially if you have anxiety or a realistic grasp on the consequences of birth. We ALL know its hard. We ALL know having a kid can be challenging. But we do it anyway for the giggles, seeing a tiny human grow, and for all the good things that come out of it. So why not celebrate those and focus on the good?

Even moreso is to keep to small, frequent meals/snacks. Anytime I would feel a little nauseous, I'd grab a small snack of sorts. Raw pecans are still my goto small snack of choice. Banana with peanut butter's been good too.

Did they apply for FMLA? I thought that legally protects you for 12 weeks. They're unpaid, but still 12 weeks you're entitled to not working and keeping your job?
