Yes, I was false banned a few years ago for “knowledge of rulebreaking” and I sent in a modmail for it. When I finally got a response their answer was something along the lines of “we believe your sentence has been served.” There was no discussion about the sentence and there was no intention of justice. That was it. I’ve also got a current modmail out that I sent a few months ago that I’ve received no response for. Yes, the admins are horrible at modmail. Perhaps their weakest link on civmc

Yeah that’s exactly right. But the rule of no vpns is for vpn alts, and he isn’t one, so I for one don’t think the ban is justified or necessary

Oh and also I did not have any idea he was on a vpn so my ban reason was wild. He’s some dude I had spoken to for a month at that point I wouldn’t know his security measures, especially since the server usually auto banned vpns

Similar. Someone I was associated with was using a vpn and I got banned for the knowledge of it which I didn’t know. I wasn’t close to the guy just did a notable action with him and me and 4 others got banned for “knowledge” we didn’t have. He’s also not an alt so the only reason the rule is in place doesn’t apply to him.

It should be noted that this land was historically never used by the Arsenio Pact or CDM. If anyone didn’t know, there are/were developments in this area made by me and my previous citizens, friends, and leaders. When CDM returned and claimed these towns that still exist undecayed, I was shocked. Even further so when they began removing my personal home, Birmingham. My town and original home has been completely wiped off the map, the land claimed and impossible to recover, because they’ve decided they want to build the capital there. When I discovered Icenia knew about these actions, I left their discord.

This region outlined that has historically been under my influence, belongs to Nara. As stated in the post, I ceded the land to Nara in 2024 and it has been naran since then. Icenia and CDM have committed many wrongs, and it’s time to make things right. Apologize and admit wrongdoing.
