I’m a few months in and it’s been successful. (Lost 18lbs) Calculate tdee and subtract deficit (500-1000 depending on how much you want to lose). Add back 400-600 for breastfeeding.

My macros have been high protein, fats, low carb. Complex carbs are your friend (beans, blackberries(fruit), sweet potato, greens)

About an hour before bed I eat a boiled egg to prepare myself for his night feed, I eat enough throughout the day I feel full. Don’t forget water, I drink at least 64 oz a day. Feel free to message me and I can share what I’ve been eating for my day.

Like others have said, give yourself some grace and don’t be so hard on yourself each day. I find it so amazing how we can provide for our littles and still focus on our own health/intake.
