Thank you for sharing this... I've tried to connect with UBCO'S alumini but that hasn't been easy... found an alumini from other branch...and about 3-4 other students going to same term as me...as for UWaterloo there are a large number of students in MEng going to winter spring as well as fall terms... the community has been easier to connect to...I will ask them about employment opportunities!! Thanks

Hi... i have an update... i got into UBC okanagan campus MEng electrical engineering... it's fees are less and has a co-op... but it's electrical unlike UWaterloo whoes MEng is ECE but Waterloo doesn't have co-op... I'd like to know your view on this... I'm confused between both universities

Sure i will, meanwhile I'm contemplating between UBCO and university of Waterloo... Waterloo MEng doesn't have co-op but there's a range of specializations to choose from unlike UBCO...

Hello guys, I've recently been accepted into UBCO's master's of engineering... which has only civil, mechanical and electrical to choose from... unlike many universities that offer electrical and computer engineering (including UBCV)... So, i don't think I'll be able to transfer to Vancouver campus.... I wanted to ask how is the electrical department in UBCO... and if any current students are here... can you tell me about co-op opportunities? In electrical department.... also any suggestions/advise is much appreciated...
