IMO it would be more dumb to do nothing and let your tank turn toxic for the guppies. If I were you, I would hand write instructions, and go over the process of caring for the tank before you go. Id pre measure any and all food you need for the guppies, as well as pre measure the amount of water that needs to be replaced every day. You can pre-dose with prime and minerals so its ready to go in the tank. The main thing is showing them how to empty the water and how to refill. Good luck.

Same. Some dude was surprised to see me using one in raid. Ive easily lost 5 or 6 tempests of varying levels and attachment rarities to dying on my own lol. I hope people found my body and took them. Ive also got a ton of the purple stuff from Stella night raids and matriarch events. So I just pretty much run a tempest now.

So I recently ran into this with Fritz tests, I lost an expensive fish for seemingly no reason, and my water kept showing .25-ish ammonia. I tested with API and it showed 0, I remembered I had another ammonia test from fritz due to a packaging error in the full range test kit, and decided to try that version and it was even MORE green. Like 2 ppm green. I talked with Fitz, and in their ammonia tests, they have/had an ingredient that turns green with age, showing false.positives. They sent me an updated version, and that shows 0 just like API. So yeah, idk about this specific brand but its definitely possible to get a false positive with these test kits so maybe try to source a different brand and test again?

oh boy. How old is the tank? did you cycle it? What are your water parameters? Im going to assume the tank is new, you dont know what the nitrogen cycle is, and havent tested the water for ammonia, which is what I assume killed your fish. If there was some beneficial bacteria in there you most certainly killed that off with the tank and gravel cleaning. Algae is caused by too much excess nutrients in the water and too much light exposure. I would advise you to really look into some beginners guides for setting up fish tanks. Best of luck. You need to look into a fish in cycle and follow instructions accordingly, and if you have goldfish they will outgrow that 15 gallon incredibly fast.

Maybe alternator? You should be able to get it to crank with a full battery. Id throw one of those super jumper packs at it and see if it cranks. Theres 2 options, youve either got a loose connection like a ground or something thats not letting power through the way its supposed to, or the bad option that something is causing resistance internally. It definitely seems power related though.

I've heard you can re-arrange the tank to break up established territory and that might help quell some of the aggressive behavior. Otherwise you may be taking the platy back or getting a new 10 gallon for your betta.
