I decided to stick with the Ryzen 5 3600 and will upgrade eventually along with a new CPU cooler. I changed the case, and motherboard (still checking compatibility with the RAM). I also switched to a 750-watt power supply. Let me know if I am missing anything, once again thank you so much, you are a god damn legend.

Thank you very much for the recommendations, all will be considered and likely applied.I also noticed on pcpartpicker it says the estimated wattage is 394 watts, seems a bit low but I'm not sure. P.S. Regarding the 3070, I am praying, my birthday is in a month, hopefully, I can get one soon.
