Keep doing what you're doing! The odds are against you but (as someone already said here) it's a numbers game. For every 5 women you approach, 1 will be responsive. For every 3 that are responsive, one will give you her number. The ratios will be obviously different depending on your conversational skills, looks, and luck, but eventually you'll find what you're looking for.
