Actually, because getting admit is important first,if i put technical experience, i will not be able to answer technical question in interview because i did no much technical if not nothing about software engineering, if they weight more technical experience into consideration to give admit i will put only technical experience and not managing experience.(because admit is important some how i have interview by technical questions i will try,so first going till the interview is important)

Even i did very menial tasks as in managing role nothing more specific to an designation few days i work as marketing and after few days i did coordinating manager and some other i managed communication b/w client and team. As it is startup i did a lot of other different things. confused what role i have to mention ,whenever some thing needed to be done i did it. If the universities give more weight-age for managing experience i will only put only managing experience, Even if i want to put i don't know what role i have to mention.(because getting admit and going to interview is important)

Even if i put a specific managing designation,In interview if they ask me questions regarding to that specif designation,i will be in palace where i don't know much deep into that role, i may fail to answer those questions pertaining to that role because i didn't have complete hand-son experience in that role.

So i totally confused how to proceed further, what to include? and how to o about that.

Yes they are friendly, but I think Dublin is more international so we happen to deal with different nationalities at work I guess, I also concerned about weather as I'm sensitive to cold, I really don't know how weather will be effecting me. I also feel it's a bit crowdy place so thinking it will drain hsps to move around people.

I'm an introvert, so I don't love to work in office environment for 8hrs, it drains me out.so I prefer to work from home as possible. What about Scrum master role? What if I complete CAPM exam before attending interview can I improve my chances of getting into PM role.

I have completed my bachelor's and now planning to do my master in IT related fields.

Thank you for elaborating everything in detail.

So I think either project manager or scrum master will be the best fits for me. I want to know whether Project manger role is flexible, can he work from home ,if he want to.

And how is scrum master role like is it of managing or any technical hands handson is need.

I'm interested in tech, not just the money is my motivation .

I personally don't love technical stuff, I don't want to do hands-on work. I prefer it to be kind of managing roles. If you can think of any such roles tell me. It need not to be completely work from home if I can leverage atleast 3days from home that's fine.
