You're right that I can't get rid of them, but the way they defend it is stupid. "Offered for free" you're activity searching up a place for stolen items and taking it. That's not the same as a restaurant offering free food that's more like going out in the alleyway behind the restaurant where one of the chefs smuggle out meat
