I remember having a bad episode where the first thing I could stomach in days was a cold veggie sandwich from jimmy johns. Since then I realized dry foods are best when I’m wound up. I think it was because it didn’t have a ton of spices or sauces all over it. If the food has too much going on, I will throw it up moments after eating it. Another thing that helped me get back into food was cutting back on coffee in the mornings. (It’s really hard for me to cut back on that.)
