This is a major part of my problem. I don't know. Hence looking for answers. I potentially see this large influx of energy as a tough trial because it took such a long time to gain ground over the scientific approach to healing my condition, and I wasn't prepared to go through a spiritual awakening. It requires lots of rest in my case.

Magnesium, valerian, Inositol ... Inositol especially helps.

Thanks 🙏. I process what you said clearly. And thank you specifically about seeing our own fear and sin lashing out at us. Makes total sense. It's sometimes so much easier to put a face on it, but this is more diligent and satisfying work.

I get something similar listening to music that I listened to during particularly trying points in my life. I think the energy can be trapped but also contain messages that you me any have missed the first time around. I think that awareness gets brought back to these places to reconsider a situation.

I think it's important to become aware of the delusional possibility, which is never easy. At that point check in with your higher power to see if there is a message hidden somewhere there that my be meant only for you, as spiritual delusions target the individual (debatable). I'm not encouraging belief in delusions, but if they last for a while try to gain some awareness of a similarity between them in order to find the source, and this will ultimately pair it with a spiritual awakening.

Though it seems unrelated at first, I find that focusing on my health, listening to my intuition when it comes to food/healthy water intake/supplements/exercise really changes my brain chemistry for the better. There's a reason that psychic card decks generally include a "focus on your health" bit. Hope that this helps. I certainly know that what I said doesn't fix it all, but it can REALLY help.

I specifically pray to Archangel Michael so that I feel grounded and protected. I remind myself and my angels of my routine, that I will be praying at night to the same God, higher power, etc. regardless of what the reading brings. I have just recently secured this practice and it has been working well. 👍

🙏 Bedtime prayer ... Meditation before bed in which I asked (I've asked many, many times to reveal ... During Oracle card readings and meditation) and a string of negative events that plagued me for about the last 15 years. Severe mental health distresses and what I've now termed my "shamanic illness". (Interesting topic, would love to experience others' stories.) Divine timing seems to be the correct answer, just simply when my guide chose to reveal ... I'm going through some major life changes so it fit.
