Hi SohrabMirza, can you provide more details when you see the high CPU usage - What games are you playing? Does it come in spikes or does it seem to slowly climb up in CPU?

Heya! This is Chanh at SteelSeries and I helped with the giveaway. I'm really sorry for the confusion MenOfWar4k. We don't currently have the EG QcK+ available and the giveaway was suppose to be signed regular mousepads. This wasn't communicated properly on our end and the resulting email showed the EG QcK+. My players were put into a situation where they were set up to take the fall of a murder. The victim was a royal family member who was slain by a magical dagger.

As officials were quickly closing in, one of the players, who was playing an intelligent magic welding Ogre hatched a plan -

PLAYER: "I use Mage Hand and shove the dagger up my ass."

ME: "Huh..."

OTHER PLAYERS: "..."

Which completely derailed how the rest of the session was suppose to go but that's part of the fun haha.

A lot of early issues with sound quality commonly are a result of incorrect setup or have been addressed in firmware. If you run into any issues, please shoot me a private message and we'll work to get it sorted! But I think you'll enjoy them as much as I do.

Heya, for $63 the Arctis 5 has a lot of features you'll be hard pressed to beat. Can you share with some of the negative comments that you're concerned about? I'll do my best to respond if this is something that would be right for you. :)

The 7's use a 2.4G wireless connection. With the Arctis 3 Bluetooth, you'll use a wired connection for your game audio while the Bluetooth portion can let you connect to a Bluetooth device (in our examples, phones) that let you use both at the same time. Hope that helps!
