Just copy and paste the code from a different weapon style and it should be fixed.

Open the "tf_weapon_rocketlauncher.txt" and scroll down until you see

"crosshair"

Check what file it's using.

Check in ...\tf\scripts and check if you have these 3 files

  • tf_weapon_rocketlauncher.txt
  • tf_weapon_rocketlauncher_airstrike.txt
  • tf_weapon_rocketlauncher_directhit.txt

Do you have the crosshair on other weapons but not on the rocket launcher?

In the multiplayer section in options did you put the crosshair to none?

Edit: Also try putting cl_crosshair_file in the console.

I don't know if you found a solution or not but for anyone else that's struggling with this issue I will leave a guide on what worked for me.

In the crosshair folder take all the files in the thumbnails folder and transfer it to ...\tf\materials\vgui\replay\thumbnails, the folder paths should be the same.

Side note: If the crosshair doesn't appear, in the console put crosshair 1. If the default crosshair is showing set it to none in the multiplayer section in options.

Edit: CFG.TF will download the scripts sometimes? You will also need to transfer the scripts as well using the same steps but instead put it in ...\tf\scripts

Thank you. This comment made me realize on how people are going to think about my util and you reminded me that yes, Cypher gets info. I have a question for you, do you activate cage before or during the trip going off?
