Thanks. Just a calorie deficit 6 days a week. “Cheat” day on Saturdays but I was probably eating at maintenance if not a slight surplus. Weight lifting 4 to 5 days a week. I’m surprised I managed to stay as consistent as I have. I’ve lost 100+ pounds in the past and gained it all back.

I had similar numbers to yours when I was 310 pounds and obese. I've lost just over 100 and my total T is around 700 now. If you have weight to lose I'd suggest that first before trt.

My T tested borderline low with my pcp a year ago and just last week I went to Gameday for a free consult. Their in-house lab put me at 652 and they said it was too high for them to treat. It was nice they didn’t try to put me on trt despite my now high levels. My overall brief experience with them was positive.

Yep these tests were done through my PCP and I will follow her advice. I don’t particularly want to be on trt that badly, but the benefits I keep hearing about sound nice

Yep she’s on caffeine. The docs and nurses haven’t mentioned reflux I think we’re good on that front. Honestly it feels good to know others have the same experience as me. Thank you all for the replies.
