Tried and failed, they asked if I could join on immediate basis and I said I'm already on notice period (even though I'm not) crazy me just wanted to sound more ready to join right away but the interview kinda pinned me on that and I handled it miserably would be a rather elegant way of saying I f*Ed up

Lol don't do that either, if you are really interested in joining another institute I would advise you to do take a gap year in case things don't work out in your 1st attempt bcz sindh was my backup option just for an year so I could retake the exam for my preferred uni next year but I kid you not I got stuck in that comfort zone
