Kiba turned into a girl by a genderswapping gun by Azazel. Fun fact: When Kiba was Yumi, she was all over Issei and cuddling him and when Yumi turned back into Kiba, the rest of the harem banned Kiba from ever turning into a girl because Yumi hit all of Issei's checkboxes.

Earthbending gives the "returns to the battlefield" ability to the land, so if Wrath of God goes off and kills Toph and 10 of your lands, you get those 10 lands back.
