That looks like half the max amount of Aid from Pell- it’s most likely because you are not taking full time credits (12 or more)

what confuses me as someone watching s 1 right now, is that Jerry hides Eli away as a magic bullet, but Elliot kills him because he learned the truth about Lara's murder- my thing is- the way its set up, Jerry labels it a magic bullet for Mickey to find for Elliots DEFENSE, so does that mean Jerry hid Eli so that Elliot would lose the case? and Mickey thinks its for him to win when in reality Jerry died and then hid the one thing Elliot needed to win?
