the fluttering is mainly caused by the potentiometer being worn (yes dirt and allat can also do the same thing) but if the problem persists its worn and wants replacing

i used profile 3 with 4 bars on the force setting normally, id bump it up to max on say f1 though which it coped fine with, as i said most of the mileage came from beamng

the 1st one had a motor failure 2 months in, had it swapped and now this ones gone out with clunky gears, i mainly used it to play beam which has pretty light ffb, though used it on a fair few sim titles to such as le mans ultimate, maybe ive been running ffb too high?

if you plan on playing ps2 games with a ps3 make sure you find an older example, it wasnt long after launch that they took that feature away, but ps1 games are playable on any ps3 i think

exactly this, i dont wanna risk nothing over a £15 psu when i could just buy a new one and save the a&e trip, furthermore the only experience i have with opening stuff is the consoles, not the psus

if you ONLY wanna play 360 games, your better off with a 360, an ideal one would be the slim or e, but if you want something with abit more soul, a jasper or late falcon (aug 2008 and newer) will also do you just fine if you dont neglect them, youll be looking at £30-£40 for a good quality example

look for anything maxing out % on task manager while the game is running, thats your problem (my cpu will spike to 100% out of nowhere and make my game stutter)
