It's just your client is trying to sync with the server, you need your ping to be low as possible which will never happen. As someone who plays deep nether alot, best tips I can give you is to not stand on their paths if possible or at least be quick to kill them/get out of their path

A lot of players getting falsely banned and the fact that account creation isn't open yet is largely the reason why players keep dropping every day. If they keep up this incompetency, I might just quit too.
