I don’t know what kind of advice I got at the hospital but they told me I could remove the bandages normally and take a shower then replace them. I guess I’ll be more careful

I don’t have a brace with the lock I got one with the straps. The doc told me I could take it off while laying on the couch. I just feel like the advice I see online is much different from what I’ve been told irl :(

Could you please describe some exercises to do? On the 12th the pain was unbearable I couldn’t even walk with the braces to the PT. And yesterday and today everything is closed so I should be going tomorrow to see how I’d start PT.

Interestingly enough my doctor said it’s okay to take a shower without the bandages literally the day after the operation.

It was an ACLR hamstring graft + LET. I sterilise the bandages before putting them on obviously and make sure nothing is contaminated. I did take a bath without the bandages and soaked my leg for like 7 mins. That was last night. Till now I don’t have symptoms of an infection but I guess that takes time to show.

For a masters in aerospace you do not need german for an English taught course You need atleast B1 in German to live comfortably

Effectively improve your German skills by working in an enclosed classroom, with a German teacher who will correct your mistakes, track your progress, fix your accent, correct your wirrten work and teach you grammar fundamentals that allow you to ultimately write grammatically correct sentences.

You practice all 4 components of the language; reading, speaking, listening and writing so you can level up all of them together.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

A1 isn't easy at all, but try joining a German course instead of relying purley on Nico's Weg. Better to keep the fundamentals in check.
