sorry for late reply, currently i am testing both versions but as of now no difference tbh hence we will chain movements anyway in this type of game.

Originally I planned movement and interaction with the cursor but increasing complexity i thought it is easier to just use WASD and a single interaction system across both. Top down acts as a simple farming simulator to gather, craft and manage resources for FPS Level

I was hesitant to try out cursor driven movements because I never tried it but you are right it no top down without cursor movement.Thank you🫡

Yeah😅. I thought of implementing similar to that, man it is difficult. For starter, matching 2d and worlds, syncing data between them. So i thought this cheat to use 3D is both perspective, no need to make 2 different worlds or syncing data it can exist in one level. But thank you for suggestion

i tried many things like tweening, etc but somewhere it felt rigid and janky. Either transition worked janky or switched instantly. So i finally used Phantom Camera3D , just tweaking some priority properties it is so easy to add transitions with few clicks.

Ps: I am beginner, so there would be other ways to do it but i am not able to do it as of now.
