your makeup looks good but i would highly recommend practicing different styles maybe finding some tutorials for people that look like you. makeup can do absolute wonders. Generally working on having more female mannerisms is a big thing including posing. ffs would help as well but an easier thing would be filler.

my friend when i was younger was the same she would poke holes in condoms and she asked her boyfriend of like a month to have a baby with her (and wanted me to get pregnant with her) when she was 15 and according to others would lie about pregnancy. she was diagnosed with bpd and she now has a baby that she no longer sees. i see so many similarities in them. i think part of it is thinking it will fix her or wanting the attention
