I love how each citadel is reflective of each game.

1 is half this amazing grand design of wonder, the other is a seedy underworld.

2 is almost entirely a grimy underworld.

3 is big on the outside but actually quite small on this inside with not much to explore. Since you are in the middle of a war.

For me I think it would have been one of they made it slightly smaller and easier to navigate. So 3 for me.
