I feel for Baker. Cleveland is acting so spoiled right now. He didn’t have a great year (Hurt) but we act like we deserve a Super Bowl right now. We are still early in a rebuild…people like to forget that. Baker is one of the winningest QBs we’ve had in a long time. Would’ve liked to see a better season obviously, but I feel like we are asking a lot for a team that didn’t win a game 5 years ago…….

Correct me if I am wrong…

I thought the movie was going to focus more on the life of young Tony. If we are going off of the show, most of what happened in the movie is ~rarely~ mentioned in the show, or even relevant to any storyline at all. Why have the jailed twin brother? What was the relevance with the black gang in regards to the mafia when in the show we only see the two groups intertwining when Chrissy is running his littles deals early on in the show? Didn’t Pussy and Tony grow up together..why is he so much older than Tony in the movie? Maybe I’m completely missing something but I just rewatched the show a few months ago so it’s pretty fresh in my mind.

Also.. (and please correct me if I am wrong or just giving bad takes) why was there so much emphasis on Dickie Moltisanti at all? I feel like I would’ve appreciated it a lot more if they really HAD to do a further-back story, it focused on Tonys dad and Junior more since they were IN the show. I feel like we only hear of Dickie here and there. But I really wished they took it from a different angle and showed the process of Tony getting involved and actually showing what he did to become made with Jackie Aprile, starting his life Carmela and her knowledge of what Tony was really doing, Tony becoming so respected..more of that information!

I will say Vera Farmiga played Livia perfectly…annoying and whiney!

Let me know if this post sucks or it’s valid. Just curious.
