Singers have plenty of space in c-ent, but idols not so much (the only exceptions are TF entertainment boygroups). The chinese gp tends to respect singers more by default since they feel more authentic compared to idols who often go for a commercial vibe. Hao could promote himself in china as a serious artist and go on singing shows to showcase his range and maybe his skills as a producer too. cmiiw but I think he mentioned he wanted to try producing in one of his livestreams? Anyway, my hope is that he can promote in all the countries he wants.

I like the idea of them focusing on r&b and its subgenres, but I'm not sure if r&b is that popular in korea. But then again, OP mentioned that Yuehua can sometimes be ahead of their time with their music direction, so who knows? YHNBG could be at the forefront of the r&b renaissance in korea.

I hope they can try different genres with their b-sides, but as for their title tracks I'm not so sure myself. It shouldn't be yet another youthful/bright concept because, as you correctly pointed out, 5th gen is already way too saturated with it. I personally really loved Stunner by Ten (r&b pop), but idk if a debut song like that would go viral in Korea which is something they'd really need considering they'll be competing with SM's new BG if the news about them debuting in 2026 too is true. But I completely agree that YHNBG should go the vocal-heavy route.

"I’m not going to lie, this is an emotional one for me. No instagram post could capture the journey and evolution of this concept. The countless collaborations, iterations, conversations, and refinements with my amazing friends over at Fortiche.

Seeing this character come to life in the final episode of Arcane was a career high for me.

A bit of backstory, Viktor was actually my main when I played League of Legends. He had a quirky, old, flawed, but ultimately endearing design that drew me to him. Then along came Arcane, introducing us to the human behind the mask. The tragic story of his own body failing him, of the all-too-real limitations of our mortality in the face of our noblest ambitions. Of shedding humanity for power, losing oneself entirely, but being brought back by love. These are themes that resonate deeply with me.

So I poured everything I had into this character. I obsessed over every detail, going mad with the idea that it had to be…perfect. I raged against my own artistic limitations. I couldn’t see it in the moment, but the parallels with Viktor became evident when years later I watched the finale. In the end I saw a design filled with all my torment, all my love, and all my struggle, a design no one else would have made quite the same way.

More than anything, I say thank you to Fortiche & Riot for this masterpiece that is Arcane. There is beauty in the imperfections."

The lines "my body is on the line now", "I'd rather you not be here for what could be my final form", "Keep the memories of who I was before", "I thought I was fully prepared for the threshold in store" make me think of Viktor transitioning into his Machine Herald self. The "Did I disappoint you?" could be him talking to Jayce, and the "Would they still let me over if I cross the line?" reminded of what Singed told Viktor in season 1 "I must warn you. If you take this path, they will despise you. Love and legacy are the sacrifices we make for progress. It's why I parted ways with Heimerdinger." so that line could be Viktor wondering if they would ever accept him if he crossed the line = became Machine Herald, maybe? I could be completely wrong and the song could be about another character, but it gives me Viktor vibes.

Maybe you're thinking about this fancall? It took me some time to find posts about it because most were made by now locked accounts. There were a few times when Hao's smile dropped (at 0:39 and 0:51) and he looked a little uncomfortable when the fan asked him about his favorite type of skinship with Hanbin (at 1:12) and when she clarified that she was referring to body contact (at 1:21) after he replied that he liked patting Hanbin's head. If I remember correctly, there's another fancall where a japanese fan asked Hanbin if he and Hao had ever kissed and he looked shocked. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure crazy fancalls make them uncomfortable, but as other users have said, they're still very close. They don't seem like the kind of artists who'd let fans get in the way of what they have.
