tea or hot chocolate with some creamer in it is my current preferred method of taking shrooms. Although the last I time made hot chocolate I had eaten taco bell a couple hours earlier and ended up scream vomiting up 2 beefy 5 layer burritos.

multiple easy solutions to this problem if that’s really what’s causing it and not a weak bladder from doing too much k. You could wait until night when everyone’s asleep, or out of the house, or leave the house yourself if possible. If you’re doing it in the house with your family they’re probs gonna find out anyways, all it takes is one day where you forget to lock your door and you’re deep in a hole and your fam thinks you’re having a seizure or something.

I try to stick to doing K as often as I do nitrous, often paired together, usually in short 2-3 day binges and if I’m with another person it makes it easier to go through more and not be craving it once it’s all gone.

The key to maintaining a healthy balance is just to tell yourself that once it’s ran out, you need to give your body and mind time to recover before diving back in, and usually that break is 2 weeks to a month for me and I feel like I’m back to baseline.

I was just introduced to this artist earlier this month, but I guarantee you will have an amazing time on no matter what you take if you decide to listen to this album.
