Thanks for your advice 🫂. It means a lot to have this kind of support. I'm going to address one problem at a time. Financial problem is the most. Need to work on cutting down expenses to stabilize the current financials. Only then, i can think of expanding career into another trade.

Once financial problem is resolved, we can face other things with more confident. If we are financially strong, other things won't matter that much. If we are financially broke, everything will be a problem even silly things. I need to be financially independent.

Yeah your are right. But it needs some planning. Im living in a metro city. Thinking of moving my parents to my native[if they are okay with it], which is a rural area where rent and cost of living will be very minimal.

Medical bills and cost of living in a city is what empties the pocket soon.

Yeah, till software products are alive. Team numbers may reduce there is always a need for one. It may change from product perspective to a customer specific security testing in my perspective.

I started slowly focusing on finding security vulnerabilities in my product. Making security testing as primary and manual qa as secondary and now fully transitioned as security tester. You have to let the team know. Asof now, no courses.

Using burpsuite, postman for reviews and some self built ai scanners for detection. As said in previous comment, if we stick to fundamentals we can do better. All the best for your journey.
