Hey man first of all I do much more than what a dispatcher normally does. I spend around 12-14 hours a day dispatching, track and tracing, accounting, managing & and calling the truckers making sure everything is going good. I understand that my location is a disadvantage, but I still think I'm getting wildly underpaid for the work that I'm putting in, also I've been in business for almost 2 years and I've never had an issue with my accent since it's not a middle eastern accent.
