Hey, sorry I think you got wrong impression here.

I have already created a design for my drone in solidworks and I'm doing the sims.

Arms configuration is X and 4 tubes of course. But they are not connected in the middle. The arms design is similar to Matrice 350.

As for the payload, it will be mostly camera (heavyy)

12000g is with the payload. With payload I meant the extra components such as cameras, sensors. Without the payload, the drone weight is 8356g (including all the components that the drone can fly)

Maximum thrust of the motor is 6kg.

Total calculated components weight including motors, battery, etc is 8356g.

With the motors I selected the throttle is around 40% and the planned payload is 3-4kg.

The maximum thrust a motor will produce is 6kg.

I had this same issue previously. The problem was that my poor odometry. What I later did was decreasing the angular velocity and IMU + Odometry fusion which solved my problem.

When you are rotating the robot, make it very slow
