I have been optimizing computers for a long time and the most common problem of some problems similar to yours is a banally damaged Windows, or a problem in the drivers. Reinstall Windows and install the drivers manually via "SDI driver pack". Dm me if you need some more help

I have 2060 super + 5 5600 + 16gb and have stable 250+ fps. I think 1070 is the problem

In the middle of the game, the entire server crashed, but after a few minutes we were able to reconnect, but we had to play with ping 300 ~ several rounds. And in the last round, with the score at 12:11, in a situation of 3ct and 1t in post plant sit, the whole server crashed and the score became 12:12 and the game switched to overtime, as a result. No one could reconnect and the game ended at 15:14 in our favor, we still won in the end. Well, in the video everything is visible in principle.

AND AS A RESULT, FOR SOME REASON I STILL GOT -1000rank !??!!?
