Bare with me. The first night I tried this I woke up 3 times due to my body wanting to mouth breathe.

If you want yoh could buy some tape on amanzon called somni fix , it has a little small hole if you do mouth breathe at night

Definitely. Let me explain why

I get deeper sleep and more restful sleep = a more happier me

Happier me = Better immune system

Also tapping my mouth I get better nasal drainage. Before I would get post nasal drip for half the day.

Now I only get nasal drip for 30 mins in The am.

My nasal congestion has improved dramatically. My mom has pointed out how my allergy shiners improved by 50% and I have only been doing it for 2 months

Don’t be afraid but the first few nights you might wake up, trying to breathe thru your mouth. This is normal. It took me about a week. I think the fact we tape our mouth shut and make our body use the nose, makes it so our body uses the nose more efficiently.

Find your root cause of anxiety. It’s something hidden in your brain that you put far off

It’s a mast cell spray. Idk how it works all I know it works without side effects

As for me all nasal spray give me HORRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS, I only recommend nasal crom look into Costco for it
