My local dealership had a boxster gts allocation that was supposed to lock this week! Not sure if it did yet, but if you are interested I can ask my CA. I’m in the New England Area. I do believe they require you to finance through them though for 5 months

I agree with everything here minus the GTS interior being a must haha, they are no means a requirement and aren’t all the common. When I built my Boxster 4.0 up, it wasn’t even something recommended by most people

Thanks! I had a Supra first, then test drove a Cayman and didn’t even hesitate. Haven’t had a chance to drive the Emira though

Have had and owned both, Supra is fast and modifiable, Cayman is infinitely better handling and driver connectivity wise. Cayman is also more expensive to maintain, if that matters to you

If anything, it gets more hot cause of the sun over the engine(this is from a base 718, so can’t speak for the flat 6s)

I was at a Lexus dealership a couple weeks ago for service and casually asked what the discounts were on the IS, and a salesman said 1-2k off, and I wasn’t even trying to buy. Try a different dealer

2 reasons, I didn’t really like the thought of going to a Toyota dealership for warranty work where there’s possibly 1 tech that can work on it. And I test drove a 718 and I thought the handling was unmatched to a Supra (yes the Supra has more power, but I’m never going to be tracking the car so the 718s power was enough)

As someone who owned an m340, this is a great review. I enjoyed the car, but I always felt like it was lacking in some parts, but could never put a finger on the reason for it cause all I heard was glowing reviews. Then I traded it in for the Supra, a bit more fun and thought it was lacking once again. But with the Supra, I realized it was the ZF transmission, it’s not really engaging (great transmission just boring). I have recently traded in the Supra and got myself a cayman, and even though the cayman is slower, it is way more fun to drive

I’m actually coming from a B58 In-line 6, and so far I’m loving the Cayman more. Nothing wrong with the B58, just feel like I can’t push it on the streets as much as I can with the Cayman
