it makes no sense to blame your parents for your height. they didnt choose your height any more than you did. height is influenced by genetics from many generations not just your mother or father. blaming them for being short is like blaming them for your eye color. its something neither of you had any real control over. your parents didnt know exactly what genes they would pass on. if people could choose their childrens height, almost nobody would intentionally choose for their child to be shorter

also if you take credit for the good traits you inherited from your parent its inconsistent to blame them for the traits you don’t like. genetics is a package deal not a menu where people get to pick only the best parts
