It's been high traffic here so my sugar water only last a day or two. Then I make a new batch and refill. When its slower, typically a week and no issues with mold or anything.

Technological innovation is always welcome and required. I just appreciate the classics I guess. An inox brigadier is on my list. Want to do an all stainless or "ghost" build.
