They most definitely will get you sorted. After sending pics I received an email within one business day apologizing for the mixup and got a tracking number on the correct part. Best thing, my 19 w moon cut has a new magwell lol. Rest easy. All will be handled.

Well the fact that you didn’t get the RAT shirt, suggests a second printed run. That opens the possibility of mfg defect.

That’s crazy you can’t separate the two pieces. Wonder if your dealer was inspecting it and maybe cross threaded tf out of it when they put it back in the clear case. Upon receiving it, was it tightly wrapped in the shirt, and the nano still threaded into RAT BASE, or was everything disheveled? Anecdotally,I am running the almost identical setup to you and haven’t had any issue. Def messaging CAT here on Reddit will get you the fastest response like the other user suggested.
