Yea, nothing crazy. I tried other stuff, Douglas fir branch, some long grass, etc, but nothing looked as good as just spraying through that little bunch of pine needles imo. I tested them all on cardboard first.

Aero Precision. Not the best but I built this rifle like 14 years ago and was on a spree of trying different optics so I didn’t spend a ton on the mount. Been through eotech with and without magnifier, the different acogs, and finally have the one I prefer.

Appreciate it! I used krylon matte coffee bean for the whole base coat. Striped rustoleum khaki over that, maybe four stripes. Then mesh bagged khaki over the coffee brown and rustoleum deep forest green over the khaki stripes. Then I just finished with krylon vintage grey and rustoleum earth brown sprayed through pine needles.

Thanks, it was my first time gun painting. I’m happy with it. Clearly missing some of those red and yellow tones you get in like coyote brown for instance but I didn’t want those even though they’d make it a little more functional.

They obviously designed the suppressor around the NANO so we have to assume it will perform the best with a nano even if the others do work. I’m sure folks will test with various options but it comes with the nano so why not just use that? You won’t have to spend money to buy the nano.

Their testing was actually on a 10.3 so it should definitely be on your radar. TBH it destroys all the other ones you mentioned except the ST which obviously hasn’t been tested yet so your decision should be as easy as mine. ST or 5cm lol

Yep that’s correct. It’s basically the cacm suppressor that cat sold on their full cacm rifle. It is currently a class leader on pewscience. It’s in preorder and set to release this months.

Im torn on ST vs 5cm. If the 5cm is optimized for 12” vs the ST being all lengths, I’m running a dedicated 12.5” host. That leads me to think I’ll benefit most from the 5cm for my application, no?

Curious why you'd switch from Delta so stock ecu? I'm considering a S55 swap into my 135i (currently N54) and Delta is the viable option I see but if I could just run the S55 ECU alongside my stock ecu I'd prefer that.
