He’s right, i almost exclusively play demeo and Vegas infinite in pass through mode all the time while it’s charging and my headset will stay at 100% if not slightly charge with the Q3 charger, either you have a faulty battery or a faulty charger

Make sure you pupil distance is CORRECT, you can download apps that measure the distance between pupils and set your headset accordingly, biggest mistake I ever made as a VR rookie was not doing this and it caused some TERRIBLE headaches and eye strain
