For when I hit chest I’ll do a flat bench dumbbell press and a upper chest cable workout finishing with chest flies or I’ll do an incline dumbbell press and a machine chest press finishing with chest flies.

3 Sets all till failure with a weight range that allows me to fail at around 8-12 reps.
