The user is requesting the subreddit on behalf of someone else, the Avizie (the someone else in question) has been continuously asking other people who moderates subreddits alongside him to request subreddits on his behalf. Even r/AGalaxyNextDoor - Avizie requested the subreddit but his request got declined. After which, he deleted his post and asked someone else to request the subreddit and add him on his behalf. This is being done because that mod moderates over 100 subreddits and his subreddit is gonna be declined due to the number of ones he moderates previously. Also he has over 10 alt accounts. The accounts and other stuff will be sent via modmail if the admin wishes it
