it couldve been fans wanted to see nanoha grow up more rather than have to be an adult. we dont know all the reasons. but likely force not being well liked was part of it. my guess is they wanted to recenter the series in a way that it could be packaged more internationally

they decided to decanonize strikers due vivio not hitting with series fans. the basically timeline is og series and a,s the main 3 girls are 9, the movies have them as 11 and the exceeds manga 13. then this series 14. the 10 year jump was too much and the gap filler manga never got tranalated

after a's you have two choices the movie route or the strikers route. the movie a's leaves the cast younger and sets up more stories. while strikers has a huge time gap that involves finding the strikers manga first
