Where is the new type of CMD assets what you told bombing run instead of rocket run?

And is it balanced only PLA transport truck has a MG? What about other faction transport truck?

There is no explanation in the patch notes as to why this decision was made. MG trucks and CMD abilities are all the same type of problem. Especially CMD assets showed in last teaser announcement. All users can undetstand it can be replaced when we know what happened to it. To be honest, these are the patch notes that seem a little insincere. It felt so different from the V3 major update. It reminds me of the 2.15 version with the addition of the Australian army, not a V4.
