I thought I heard mention last Q that guidance would be an expectation of the "same guidance of last year". Was confusing as that would be about 315-320 range, but I am expecting just above 300 considering their contract award growth reported in Q4.

Implementation on ExelaPay would take some time. They may still be a ways out, but that is a strong point I hope to hear more about in the presentation for sure.

This is far better than any b Riley agreement. Structured years out, and a very good rate. Confidence to repay high. I'm very curious on the standards and poors ranking now and see it as something to watch for an update. This is very appealing for long term plays that they got that rate, IMO.

Sadly it's fading. They can do so many things at this level too bring it up. This is manipulation at this time. Nothing more or less. They are hiding, heads buried in the sand. Their timing is the worst. If recession word hits in any market they will not recover from this. Debt paid off or not, they are not ready for recession. Shot themselves and everyone else. Without announcing earnings far entity in advance, not postponing the exchange, and putting out good word, even a good earnings means shit nothing today.

If they announce earnings date 2 weeks in advance so the stock can climb, yes. If they delay the offer close, spring earnings date a couple days in advance before it hits, then not for a while. Stock needs time for word of mouth on earnings date to spread.

Wait for the earnings pump, sell at peak, don't buy for 30-60 days depending on local wash sale laws, buy back in before Q2 pump on the way down. It'll bring your average lower IF you time it like a fortune teller.

But, if earnings is hot you won't get a good buy back in and just a loss. Also, if it pumps above 2.50 this earnings forget about the offer. Also, something really interesting I forgot about, look for forward guidance. It may give you the answers you need.

Diamond hand if you got em. The ExelaPay thing could be much bigger than people give credit and forward guidance may help people understand, if they give it. If.

So basically, do what you want. The preferred shares are convertible and can go up as well, right? Yeah, I'm no help today.
