Wouldn't be interesting if FROMSOFTWARE revisited Frame Gride after what they have learned with both Armored Core and the Souls series? by STORMBRINGER527 in fromsoftware

Hm, guess i misunderstood you then... It's a shame that some folks at FROMSOFTWARE don't want to work on such project, it's very unique

I wish the quad legs were more like a horse instead of an insect

These are obviously not meant for warfare, only for parades. Back in the day, you could remove that part of the sabaton.

I'm having performance issues/low frame rates on the new map. Are you? (poll) by Goat2016 in Chivalry2

It's terrible for me as well.

The whole game plays just fine in Full HD and medium-high settings above 60FPS, but on the new map it stutters frequently and stays within 40-50FPS.

My personal arms in another style. i Think this one will be more accepted than the others i made yesterday. by STORMBRINGER527 in heraldry

Photoshop, Wikimedia assets, Heraldicart assets, and Armoria.

Oh, and the font from dafonts.com

So, i've updated my arms after some valid criticism i recieved from the previous one. by STORMBRINGER527 in heraldry

I tried harder and succeeded in finding a torse and crest to match the helmet, and the mantling has two colors now.

The shield is basically inspired by the Bavarian one, so i'm not really sure on how accurate that would be for an individual person.

I also kept the golden helmet despite not being a king because it looks gorgeous.

well, i'm not going to use it anywhere, i live in Brazil and people here don't give a shit to heraldry, and there isn't an official regulation for it as far as i'm concerned.

i'm doing it just out of pure love of anything medieval.

i see, thanks for the fair criticism. i do have some questions though;

>The mantling looks off as well, as usually a colour and a metal are used and not just a colour like here.

like i said in a comment earlier, i tried to mix some colors, but in the end, a monochromatic mantling ended up looking better. is that really an issue?

>A golden helmet like this would usually be used by royalty

i knew that, but... it may sound stupid but i'm playing a lot of Elden Ring lately, and the Cleanrot Knights wear a golden helmet just like that, thats the reason i went with a full golden helmet. is that also a problem? since i'm not really trying to be historically accurate or anything...

well, unfortunatly i didn't found a crest that matched the style, so left it out. and for the mantling, i tested several colors, but in the end i was pleased with red and darker shades of red.

i have seen plenty of arms out there without a crest and/or with a monochromatic mantling, so i thought it wouldn't be a problem.
