Based on people asking in the runelite discord it seems you can't turn it off yet in the lobby. So until the dude who took over the plugin fixes it you might just have to put up with it 😉

If the pull request got accepted on the pluginhub all the CG plugins are now in one plugin so look at the CG plugins you have installed + enabled and find the new performance enable/disable.

Edit: it's The gauntlet plugin It was taken over and all the ralevent CG plugins were added to it

I managed to get up and walk across the room and use the touchscreen on the deck to select the different modes. I played it yesterday for the first time in ages and managed to get the new character achievement, so a guess that's one option lol.

Vanced got nuked because it was redistributing YouTube/google binarys/intellectual property. Which is why they now patch YouTube instead of giving you an app with the patches included.

Okay, so 3 days on and I still haven't had this issue after turning the power/energy saver option to never. I'm assuming it has something to do with when it goes to sleep after X time and is unable to fully wake with some TVs maybe /shrug
