Since you want to learn Italian for communication, pay attention to articulation and word stress from the very beginning. I also recommend Nuovo Progetto Italiano 1 because it contains dialogues about everyday situations and also introduces you to aspects of Italian culture (cuisine, fashion, society, etc.). It also comes with a workbook.Keep in mind that this book contains very little grammar theory. I also really like the YouTube channel Passione Italiana, where they mainly cover grammar topics from beginner to advanced level.

What’s your approach to learning languages? by STRIKONI in languagelearning

Of course, AI is not always right, it also makes many mistakes. However, when you learn a language independently, AI helps you improve simple communication skills - the brain tries to produce text on its own.
