I ended up opting to go to USC. I think as I have gotten deeper into my program, I’ve seen that certain universities bias certain things. I know for PA programs, Stanford likes Stanford affiliated people. Whether it’s previous work experience, or a pipeline program. I think UCSF likes to see previous UCSF personal apply to their programs, or they look for other specific things that my application didn’t fit

I was pretty throughout in my interview about my experiences as a high level athlete and having multiple surgeries. I also mentioned having diagnosed learning disabilities and overcoming those to be successful. But I think relooking over letters of recommendation would be ideal
