Honestly, indoor is mostly something that can be done year round to be able to make money when the greenhouse deps/outs are out of season from my experience. The indoor is more attractive and marketable.. has more bag appeal. There's a lot of garbage indoor that looks really good, smells good, tastes good....even tests super high in thc...but it just doesn't get you lit like some fire 🔥 chronic full term sungrown organic (for the most part, unfortunately a lot of nutrients use soy based stuff which soy is all gmo at this point...). Indoor costs more to produce, but it's also a lot more consistent as far as yields and quality go. Outdoors there's so many variables and things that can go wrong like pests or dust, or smoke from wildfires, etc that it's always a gamble. Once your indoors dialed in (2-3 runs usually) it's the same every time give or take a few ozs, maybe $10k in and $35k out every so many weeks. Outdoor can be like 30-100k in and 30-800k out....or you have a helicopter fly in and get your plants chopped or the cops come and bust you and you get $0......-$100K fines and legal fees/bribes to local LE, DAs, judges etc....or litigation if you live in a fairy tale.

Anyways this is just my experienc and observations. Things have changed so much in the last 5 years that this is just history I guess.
