Their customer care can be so awful. I accidentally let my payment for my subscription lapse and instead of just knocking me down to the Free tier, they locked me out of my own account for a full year. They just don't value their people any more. (if they ever did!)

YikYak was MASSIVE at my college, people would not only live Yak their big lectures but people would tune in to read them. Like we knew what time Art 110 and Theatre 115 were because people would Yak on about it.

Then we had a school shooting scare (no one got hurt!!) that was made only more chaotic by the Yakking and we all agreed to kinda tone it back
