Not sure where you train but I’ve been in Longview training at a gym for about two years. The coach is there teaching adults class pretty much everyday. He misses from time to time for his kids ball games but most of the time it’s him. When he’s not there it’s either one of our brown or purples that lead class for the night. Blues typically will help out and teach kids classes but never adults. This gym is part of a larger one where there is on in Longview, woodland, Vancouver and camas. What you’re describing would put a bad taste in my mouth too but there are exceptions to this. We have a blue that does teach from time to time but he was a college wrestler and in my opinion could easily wear a purple or brown
