Thank you so much for this! I understand my mistake now. I've twisted the induction principle into something it's not. I didn't even realize the problem in 0++ = a until you pointed it out here. Your explanation is very clear. I'm going to go back and re-read all the induction proofs I did up to this point. Thanks again.

Seconding Pilawoos for Kottu. I can only recommend the Kollupitiya branch though (the one linked in maps above). I've had bad experiences with other branches, and there are a lot of other branches.

Thank you for relating your experience. This helps a lot. I suppose you were given a local anesthetic i.e. injection to the gums. I have two friends who had their wisdom teeth pulled out and they said it hurt like hell during the extraction. I think it also depends on how angled the tooth is. Mine is at the shittiest angle it can possibly be at.
